Refund policy
Thank you so much for your purchase and support. It is really important to us that you are satisfied with your order.
Due to the nature of our products being made as you order them, we are unable to process exchanges/returns for size or color changes. However, if you've received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can request an exchange on your behalf. Please note that requests for exchanges may or may not be approved by the printing company.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
To request an exchange of your item(s), email wherewewild@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product information (name, size, color, etc.)
- Photos of the front and back of your item, laid out on a flat surface, making sure the entire product is visible in the photo.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will reach out to confirm we've received your exchange request, and keep you updated on the status of your exchange as we are updated by the printing company.
